What is Ramshorn Ltd?. Back in 1995 when the directors bought Skip Units in a management buy-out it was done with the help of a venture capital company. To allow them to exit and provide a vehicle for future expansion and growth the directors of Skip Units Ltd created Ramshorn Ltd as an holding company
. Skip Units was bought by Ramshorn Ltd. in July 1999.
In November 1999 the Heavy side of MGB Randalls was purchased from T&D Industries plc. It was renamed Randalls Fabrications Ltd. in recognition of its unbroken connection with past manufacture of containers stretching back 30 years, and joined the alliance.
