The main body is constructed of 4mm thick quality steel, stiffened to withstand the pressure exerted by the compaction mechanism and completely enclosed to ensure that unsightly waste is contained leaving your site free and clear.
Waste is fed into the machine via a generous charge box giving ample room for most objects. The charging area is completely enclosed by two hinged lockable steel doors which are safety interlocked to ensure the machine cannot be operated with the doors open. The fast cycling of the compaction blade allows the disposal of approximately 2 cu. mtr of waste per minute and this, coupled with a low loading height and automatic cycling, means less time and effort for your operatives. Operation of the machine is by simple key switch vandal proofed stop/start station. The machine is supplied with an approved power inlet connector and up to 5 metres of armoured power cable for connection to your local power supply. The machine is supplied painted in an high quality EPA compliant coating in the colour of your choice
All machines carry a twelve month parts and labour warranty subject to fair wear and tear and will receive 2 free services within the first twelve monthsIf at the time of installation, a service contract for the second and third years is taken out a substantial saving can be made on renewal costs It is the customer's responsibility to provide a suitable hard standing base for the compactor with vehicle access and an adjacent power supply of 380/440v 3 phase neutral and earth

Compaction
of waste is achieved by a top pivoted packing blade which is swept through an
arc by two double acting hydraulic cylinders exerting pressures of 17.5 tonnes
on the ram face. The power unit and electrical controls are mounted in an
enclosed compartment at the top of the machine away from vandals and deposited
waste materials. The power pack is rubber mounted to avoid damage during transit
and is manufactured utilising high quality reliable components incorporating a
50 ltr. oil reservoir, 4 gpm pump, heavy duty phase motor, pressure relief
switch with warning lamp to indicate a blockage of the system or the container
is full. The electrical control system is mounted alongside the power unit and
again uses high quality standard components for ease of maintenance and repair.
